E.P. Studios is not responsible for any damage that may occur during transit. However, if your order arrives damaged, please contact us to begin a claim and replacement process.

To be eligible, customers must provide clear photographs of the damaged packaging, shipping label, and product.

Once the claim is reviewed and approved, a replacement will be created and shipped using the same turnaround time and shipping method as the original order.
