Shipping policy

 

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. E.P. Studios is not liable for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

If a package is returned to sender due to an incorrect address, business closure, or being deemed undeliverable, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees required to resend the order.

Once an order has been shipped, E.P. Studios cannot replace or refund items delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
