Refund policy

 

Due to the handmade and made-to-order nature of E.P. Studios products, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind.

Refunds or replacements will only be considered in cases where: The item arrives damaged (see Shipping Policy), or There is an error on our part with the order. If you believe your order qualifies, please contact us within a reasonable timeframe of delivery with your order details and any required photos.

Approved replacements will be remade and shipped using the same turnaround time and shipping method as the original order. Refunds, if granted, will be issued at the discretion of E.P. Studios.
